    SAYPA member instructors are college graduated individuals who are passionate about their education. SAYPA's objective in the community is the development of young people who are encouraged to learn and helping to develop a clear picture of what they want to do with their lives.SAYPAprovides a platform for students to catch-up on the backlog of mathematical and science regardless of the subject matter, and having the drive to do well in whatever they attempt.SAYPA instructors are committed to bridge the education gap caused by the difference in the standard of education offered by the private and public schooling sector, by encouraging a love for learning and a tradition of life- long learning among the youth in order to make a difference in our corner of the world. The program also empowers the instructors, it offers them an opportunity to give back to their community.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Workshops and group discussions are implemented to generate more in-depth understanding of key challenges facing immigrant youth in Boston .2. Tutoring the youth.3. Taking part in sports such as basketball and soccer.

    The Ideal Candidate for this Job:

    As young educated tutors they have a responsibility to help and
    educate the kids in middle and elementary school and make them
    safe and secure and build a bond and relationship with the kids
    they are helping and to establish relationships with the parents.
    This will not only allow kids to use their voice and express
    their opinions ,but there will be a good communication between
    tutors and parents to talk about there kids strengths and
    A Major responsibility the administrative assistant and tutors
    have is that they both need safety to be #1 priority we value the
    kids well being both mentally and physically and when they are
    feeling a little down we want the tutors to be an emotional
    support system so that the child can feel at home and safe when
    talking to the tutors we do not tolerate any violence between kids
    there will rules in place that will be called safe zones and we
    will establish a respective community that builds each other up.
