BCYF Tobin Community Center (BCYF Tobin CC) is housed in the Mission Hill neighborhood. The Tobin, incorporated in 1987, is governed by a fifteen-member neighborhood Council. The Council meets monthly to asses, plan, implement, and evaluate the BCYF Tobin CC programs and services. Over 65% of the members are residents of the Mission Hill community and therefore, represents the diversity of the neighborhood.
