Overview:

For over 47 years, the Jackson Mann Community Center has played a vital role in our diverse community' efforts to achieve the highest possible level of health, well- being and quality of life by providing affordable, accessible, comprehensive and interdisciplinary health and human services. JMCC serves over 3000 low- moderate income participants annually in programs Youth Outreach, JMCC Teen programming ( ages 13-19 years old) recreation/ Enrichment (youth, teen and adult community). and Adult Education.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Our youth have performed as ambassadors and role models to our participants by providing assistance to our group leaders and teachers in all phases of our program. they contribute to the implementation of program initiatives that are beneficial and interesting to our clients. By sending a good example as a youth employee of the Jackson Mann Community Center, consequently, sends a good feeling to youth and families of the communities we serve.

The Ideal Candidate for this Job:

Participate in, assist senior staff with and lead assigned Teen Center activities/programs. Attend mandatory workshops. Complete individual portfolios highlighting self- reflections, school grades/ accomplishments, work experience, and short/ long term goals. Assist in maintaining programmatic spaces.
