Overview:

The City of Boston Office of Human Resources (OHR) primarily partners with internal City departments to attract and develop diverse, qualified, and productive employees to serve Boston's residents. In addition, OHR manages a school year and summer jobs program for Boston youth between 14 - 18 years old.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The jobs program provides youth employees with professional work experience that they will be able to draw on when they enter the workforce in the future.

The Ideal Candidate for this Job:

Candidates interested in participating in this program should be professional, punctual, able to follow directions, and be able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
