Overview:
The Boston Parks and Recreation Department provides residents and visitors with clean, green, safe, and accessible open space in 2,300 acres of park land throughout the city.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The East Boston Sports Center will provide free quality child care for youth in East Boston throughout the summer. While providing these youth with multiple amounts of recreation activities in a safe all inclusive environment. The Sports Centers give children a place to express themselves in a positive and meaningful through sports, arts and play.
The Ideal Candidate for this Job:
Some experience working with youth Ability to communicate effectively with children and their parents General sports based background Must be physically active Must be proactive
