Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Watch individuals swimming to ensure safety. - Point out any unsafe behaviors within the pool facility and address them. - Assist with swim lessons as needed, providing support to instructors and swimmers. - Swim to build endurance and improve personal swimming skills. - Prepare for Lifeguard course prerequisites by practicing necessary skills and techniques.
The Ideal Candidate for this Job:
- Swimming: Comfortable and skilled in swimming. - Attentiveness: Ability to stay focused and alert while monitoring swimmers. - Comfortable in swimming attire: Able to wear swimwear and maintain comfort while performing duties. - Willing to swim daily: Ready and willing to participate in daily swim practices.
