Our goal is to mentor youth through training, customer service, and park operations. For many of the youth, this is their first job, making it a valuable and rewarding experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas for cleanliness and proper functioning. Ensure that poolside and locker rooms are kept clean and safe for all visitors. Maintain restocking of necessary supplies, including towels, first aid kits, and cleaning products.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist swimmers, answer questions, address concerns, and provide information about pool policies, activities, or special events. Provide friendly and effective communication with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Pool Maintenance: Assist with routine pool cleaning, including checking and adjusting water chemistry, skimming debris from the water, and maintaining filtration systems. Ensure that all poolside equipment (e.g., ladders, diving boards) is in working condition and safe to use.
- Daily Setup and Breakdown of Equipment: Prepare the pool area for use each day by setting up necessary equipment like floats, lane markers, and any other recreational materials. After pool hours, dismantle equipment, store it properly, and perform any necessary end-of-day checks or clean-up tasks.
