Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Engage in Team-Building and Leadership Development Activities
Participate actively in interactive workshops and team-building activities designed to develop leadership skills. These activities strengthen collaboration, trust, and problem-solving abilities, allowing students to practice leading and supporting teams effectively.
- Enhance Communication and Social Awareness
Take part in role-playing scenarios and critical thinking exercises to improve communication skills and social awareness. Engage in discussions that foster empathy, build understanding, and enhance the ability to relate to and work with others in diverse social situations.
- Collaborate on Real-World Projects
Work together with peers on community-focused projects that allow students to apply their leadership skills. These projects encourage creative problem-solving, collaboration, and responsibility, while enabling students to make a positive impact in their communities.
- Develop a Growth Mindset through Self-Regulation and Reflection
Participate in activities that promote self-regulation, goal-setting, and reflection. By engaging in exercises that encourage perseverance, adaptability, and resilience, students build a mindset focused on growth and personal development.
- Lead Community Engagement Initiatives
Take the initiative in organizing and leading community engagement activities that address local needs. By putting their leadership skills into action, students inspire and motivate others to get involved, helping to build a stronger sense of community and fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving.
